Here is a tool that we have been using to demill and populate our parts kits. 

This is made to support the gas block and front sight while removing or installing the pins.  The block is anodized and then laser engraved showing how the gas block or sight sits on the block.

This block was designed and made for the Yugo M72.
 
Bolt and washer used for holding the parts in place IS included in this kit.
