Returns & Refunds
If you get an item that is wrong, doesn't fit, ordered wrong or any other reason there is no need to call or e-mail for a return authorization. Send it back to the address on the box/envelope with a detailed note about what the issue is, your order number and contact information. This will help speed up the return/exchange process.
E-MAIL CORRESPONDANCE FOR RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. PHONE CALLS OR SENDING PARTS IN ARE THE ONLY TWO APPROVED WAYS OF RESOLVING RETURNS. THIS IS DUE TO E-MAILS GETTING PLACED IN SPAM FOLDERS OR BEING DELETED WHEN FLAGGED AS SPAM.
NO RETURNS ACCEPTED ON ITEMS AFTER 30 DAYS FOR REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
NO RETURNS ACCEPTED FOR MODIFIED PARTS.
Refunds are processed at the end of each week.
