Description

Gas Piston Drilling Jig

Tool for accurately drilling the gas piston rivet hole in the center of the piston. Made from heat-treated steel for durability and includes the correct drill bit for the job.

How to Use

  1. Screw the gas piston into your carrier and mark where the rivet hole will go.

  2. Insert the piston into the jig with the mark positioned at the top or bottom of the drill opening.

  3. Tighten the locking screw to hold the piston in place.

  4. Drill the rivet hole through the guide opening, then remove and rivet as normal.
